Shipping and Returns policy:
Free Shipping to the lower 48 on all orders over $30.00 with free tracking on all orders. All orders under $30.00 will be charged standard ups ground or usps priority shipping.
It is our priority to have your order proccessed and shipped within 24 hours of placing your order. We ship it faster, so you'll get it faster.. Usually within 24 hours in most cases.
We make every effort to ensure each item is in stock at all times, But in some rare cases we may sell out of a product before it's updated in our system and it may take more time to get the item shipped. In those cases we will promptly notify you via email about the items availability. These orders are filled as quickly as possible, usually within 1-12 business days when inventory is replenished. (Average)
All orders paid by Credit Card will only be shipped to the billing address/confirmed paypal address for the card used.
We process orders each day of the week, But are unable to ship on weekends and holidays. We ship the next business day.
We charge 25.00 surcharge for Hawaii and Alaska.
There is no International Shipping, We can only ship to US addresses.
We use UPS Ground and USPS Priority for our shipping.
All orders requesting shipment to a P.O. Box address will be shipped via USPS.
Below is our estimated shipping graphic. It is intented to give our customers an estimated time of delivery for their order. Alot of factors can cause delays. This graphic is only shown as a guide, and delivery according to this map is not guaranteed.
Note: You will need to allow extended delivery time for location in Alaska and the Hawain Islands.
Please contact us@ 936-419-6186 immediately if items have been damaged during shipping.. Please do not send the items back until we give you a return authorization number.
Returns Policy: 14 Day
Customer is responsible for return shipping. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or misguided mail and It has been our experience to insure and track any and all parcels, we strongly suggest insuring and tracking all returns.
Items must be in new unused condition for full refund. If your item was shipped free to you, we will deduct those shipping cost from your refund.
Please return all items in original packaging along with, Paperwork, Free Accessories, DVD’s, CD’s etc.
Warranty Card must be Blank for full Refund of the purchase price. If not we will only be able to issue a partial refund.
We do not refund return shipping cost.
Battery packs and Chargers - All Batteries and Chargers are non-refundable.
All returns will be charged a 25% restocking fee and a $30.00 per day rental fee.
We inspect all returns before issuing a refund.
Items covered under a manufacturers warranty must be returned to that manufacturer for warranty work or replacement. We will be happy to assist you with that.

Items that are in preorder status are items that are not in stock and will require more time for shipping.. These items can't be set or guaranteed to arrive at a particular date or time as it is based on availability from our distributor. We work hard with our distributor as to keep our items up to date, But in some rare cases some items may not be available for weeks or may be discontinued.
As an alternative for our local customers, you can now pay and pick your items up locally and at your convenience, usually within 24-48 hours in most cases. We can only accept cash, cashiers checks (Local Bank) and (Postal) money orders for these orders. Here is how it works.
1- Add the desired items to your cart on our website or call in your order.
2- Go through the checkout process as normal, (eg: name, address etc.)
3- Delivery Metyhod: Select Local Pick-Up (Customer Pickup) as the Delivery Method.
4- Payment Methhod: Select Local Pick Up
All Orders over 900.00 will require a 10% deposit.
All orders bought locally will pay 8.25% Texas Residential sales tax
