Rich in features like the original ace 350, but with more bang for the buck. The big deal about the Garrett ACE 400 is the Iron Audio (TM) feature, made popular on the companies AT Pro™ and AT Gold™ metal detectors. The Iron audio allows the user to further hear Iron Audio allows the user to hear notched out iron and change the middle range tone. This allows the user to listen to the sound of iron content in flat steel objects like bottle caps and washers that can sometimes trick a detector.

The ACE 400 comes in with a bit higher, 10 kHz frequency. The higher frequency will provide better sensitivity to low and medium conductivity targets, such as gold and lead. The detector’s Frequency Adjust feature allows users to easily toggle between slight frequency shifts to help eliminate interference from other detectors or power sources. The ACE 400 ships with an 8.5”x11” DD-configuration PROformance searchcoil that has proven to be very popular with the company’s previous ACE™ 350 and EuroACE™ detectors. The ACE 400 includes five discrimination modes, electronic pinpointing, sensitivity adjustment, and High-Resolution Iron Discrimination.

The Big man of ACEs, the ACE 400 includes advanced features like Iron Audio, Digital Target ID, and Frequency Adjust to help you dig more treasure and less trash.
